Position Overview


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS sales with international exposure. 


Key Responsibilities


  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to support business growth in new and existing markets.
  2. Identify potential clients through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and inbound lead follow-ups.
  3. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international clients.
  4. Conduct product demos and effectively communicate the value proposition to prospects.
  5. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support sales campaigns and customer success.
  6. Manage and maintain CRM records accurately and timely.
  7. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements


  1. 2+ years of proven experience in international B2B SaaS sales or account management.
  2. Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in English.
  4. Strong market research, prospecting, and negotiation skills.
  5. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  7. Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
