About the Opportunity

A well established group of companies are looking for a hands on, experienced Operations and Maintenance Manager to lead their drilling and rig equipment repair workshop in Oman. The business have long standing work contractors with some of the major oil and gas players who operate inside Oman.

Required Profile

10+ years experience in the drilling industry with maintenance experience of drilling and rig equipment.

You will have worked for drilling contractor companies and/or companies who do maintenance drilling and rig equipment.

Leadership experience: you will be leading a team of circa 50 people in the workshop.

Experience with mud pumps, mass substructures, other drilling rig equipment. If you have worked on drilling rigs before, that will be an added value.

Understanding of API Q1 and ASME codes

Previous work experience in the Gulf and Middle East.
