About the Opportunity



Would you like to work as an Acting CFO/ Senior Financial Advisor in a high-impact role where you will shape and transform a large, diversified business group operating across construction, engineering, and manufacturing.



This opportunity offers the chance to act as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, taking ownership of the full finance function while driving transformation across a multi-entity environment.



Key Requirements
Arabic speaker (Mandatory)Proven experience in senior finance leadership roles (CFO / Head of Finance level)Strong expertise in ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA (FICO, reporting, analytics)Background in Construction (preferred), Industrial, Manufacturing, or Healthcare environments could also be consideredProven track record of driving transformation and building teamsStrong leadership presence, communication, and stakeholder management skillsHighly flexible, hands-on, and people-focused approach




Responsibilities
Act as a strategic financial advisor to the CEO and Board of DirectorsOversee all core finance functions including FP&A, accounting, treasury, tax, and audit across the groupDrive finance transformation initiatives, process improvements, and system optimizationLead and develop the finance function across multiple business units and subsidiariesManage group consolidations, intercompany transactions, and cash flow optimisation strategiesSupport and enhance the use of SAP S/4HANA, including reporting, analytics, and financial architectureBuild and upskill the local finance team, including succession planning for critical rolesEnsure strong financial governance, compliance, and risk management frameworksMaintain close engagement with the team, fostering a collaborative, stable, and high-performance culture
