We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Financial Advisor (acting CFO level) to lead the financial strategy and operations of a diversified group spanning construction & engineering, industrial manufacturing, and integrated supply chain businesses.

This role combines board-level strategic advisory with hands-on leadership across financial management, multi-entity consolidation, and digital finance transformation-anchored in SAP S/4HANA.

You will be tasked to upskill the financial department and its people.

Key Responsibilities


Act as a trusted financial advisor to the CEO, Board, and subsidiary leadersLead all core finance functions: FP&A, accounting, treasury, tax, and auditOversee multi-entity consolidation, intercompany structures, and group liquidityDrive financial strategy, M&A evaluation, and business expansion planningLead and scale a large, multi-entity finance teamStandardize governance, controls, and reporting across the GroupPartner with operations to optimize cost, supply chain, and efficiencyAct as the functional lead for SAP S/4HANA finance (FICO, reporting, treasury)Deliver real-time reporting, analytics, and digital transformation initiativesManage financial risk, compliance, and external stakeholder relationships


Requirements


Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA preferred)Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CFA, CMA or equivalent) strongly preferred12-15+ years' experience, including senior leadership (CFO / VP Finance level)Proven experience managing complex, multi-entity group structuresStrong track record in team leadership, transformation, and scaling finance functionsDeep expertise in SAP S/4HANA finance and financial systems
