Nous recrutons pour le compte de l’un de nos clients, acteur structuré des services financiers , un(e) Talent Acquisition Specialist / Responsable Recrutement pour piloter le recrutement de bout en bout sur des profils variés (terrain et siège).
Vous serez autonome sur l’ensemble du cycle: cadrage du besoin, sourcing, évaluation, coordination des entretiens, closing, suivi intégration et reporting.
Missions : Gérer le recrutement end-to-end sur plusieurs familles métiers: commerciaux réseau/agences, relation client, back-office, recouvrement, fonctions support, IT, finance, risk/compliance… Mener les intake meetings avec les managers: besoins, critères, budget, délais, stratégie.
Déployer une stratégie de sourcing/chasse (LinkedIn, jobboards, viviers, cooptation, écoles).
Réaliser les préqualifications et entretiens RH, produire des shortlists solides et piloter les feedbacks.
Assurer le closing (offres, négociation, contre-offres) et sécuriser l’acceptation.
Suivre l’ intégration (onboarding) et optimiser l’expérience candidat.
Piloter les KPI recrutement (time-to-hire, sources, conversion, qualité shortlists) et améliorer les process.
Bac+5 (RH, management, école de commerce…).
5 à 8 ans d’expérience en recrutement, idéalement en services financiers (banque, assurance, crédit, leasing) ou environnement exigeant à fort volume.
Maîtrise du recrutement full-cycle et de la chasse.
Capacité à gérer plusieurs recrutements en parallèle (priorisation, pipeline).
Très bon relationnel, posture de conseil, capacité à challenger un manager.
Français courant; anglais professionnel apprécié.
Rigueur, sens de la confidentialité, orientation résultats.
