You will lead the implementation of our best-in-class products for global travel giants, owning the bridge between our technical build teams and the world's most iconic airlines, cruise lines, and rail providers.

What You'll Be Doing

You will own the end-to-end delivery of 2 to 5 concurrent partner launches, navigating the intersection of product expertise and technical project management in a global SaaS environment. Your day to day involves defining scopes, managing complex risk logs, and keeping both internal engineers and external executives aligned on high-value milestones. AI-powered tools handle the heavy lifting of summarizing partner meetings and drafting the first pass of project documentation, allowing you to focus on high-stakes decision-making around resources and timelines. You will be the primary driver for our partners, translating technical requirements into business reality and ensuring every launch meets our global quality standards.

What You Bring

• You are a seasoned leader in software implementation who thrives under pressure, especially when managing multiple client-facing projects across different time zones.

  
  

• You speak both "tech" and "business" fluently, with the ability to navigate a conversation with an engineer about APIs one minute and a board-level status update the next.

  
  

• You don't just track tasks, you hunt for risks and resolve blockers before they impact the critical path, ensuring every stakeholder knows exactly where the project stands.

  
  

• You bring a track record of successfully shipping ecommerce or SaaS products, ideally with an understanding of the travel tech ecosystem and the systems that power it.

  
  

• When it comes to AI, you don't just use it, you have replaced recurring manual coordination with workflows you built and refined, and you can tell the difference between output you can trust and output that needs your judgment.
