Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Business DevelopmentManager to lead our efforts in acquiring new business clients while managing and growing relationships with existing ones. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and account management, preferably in the areas of digital customer engagement, customer loyalty, and/or SaaS-based technology solutions


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute on strategic plans to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals aligned with company objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance brand visibility.
  • Report regularly on sales performance, pipeline development, and growth strategies to senior leadership.
