What You’ll Do

Generate Leads & Hunt Opportunities

• Source high-potential clients through calls, referrals, property events & LinkedIn
• Pitch to walk-ins, online inquiries, and your own network

Close Deals Like a Pro

• Understand clients’ needs and recommend the best mortgage options
• Handle documentation, negotiate with banks, and get deals funded

Build Long-Term Relationships

• Provide market insights, follow-up support, and win repeat/referral business
• Become your client’s go-to mortgage expert

Track Your Pipeline & Collaborate

• Use CRM to manage leads and update progress
• Work closely with internal processors and our leadership team
