Sales Development Representative (SDR) – High Earning Potential

Magma Engineering & Contracting is expanding its sales team and looking for high-performance individuals.

This is NOT a normal job.

This is for people who want to grow, earn, and perform.

What you will do:

  • Conduct 100+ outbound calls daily
  • Speak with potential clients over the phone
  • Qualify leads and manage CRM
  • Support the sales pipeline and booking process


Compensation:

  • Performance-based (base + commission)
  • High earning potential for top performers
