The Role

We’re looking for a Full-Stack AI Developer to join our tribe and help us build smarter, faster systems. You aren't just hooking up basic APIs; you are building out autonomous agent architectures.

You’ll hit the ground running on three core initiatives:

1. Mubyn: Our proprietary AI Operating System designed to automate core business functions and ERP integrations for SMEs.

2. Hotel ERP: An upcoming hospitality/guesthouse project requiring strict production readiness, data integrity, and high UX standards.

3. The CMT Stack: Expanding our internal "AI Army" of specialized, autonomous AI agents handling everything from content to operations.

What You’ll Do

• Build the AI OS: Drive backend logic, ERP integrations, and varying autonomy levels for Mubyn, scaling it into a robust AI OS for SMEs.
• Deploy Hospitality Tech: Ensure total functional stability and system architecture for the Hotel ERP launch.
• Architect Agent Swarms: Design and deploy complex, multi-agent workflows using n8n, Claude Code, and frameworks like OpenClaw.
• Manage the Database: Leverage Supabase to manage complex data structures and ensure seamless state-management across our AI systems.
• Optimize System Prompts: Apply advanced, system-level instructions and "Godmode" prompting to govern agent behavior, tool calling, and structured outputs.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing systems to improve speed, stability, and scalability.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in full-stack, backend, or automation engineering, with a portfolio of live, hands-on projects.
• Deep, hands-on expertise with *n8n* (we need someone who has outgrown basic Zapier/Make automations).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/Python, APIs, webhooks, and interacting with LLMs (specifically Claude and OpenAI).
• Advanced grasp of AI agent workflows—you understand how to orchestrate distinct agents to pass context, execute tools, and validate outputs.
• Solid experience with Supabase (or strong SQL equivalent) for scalable backend architecture.
• You apply First Principles thinking: you take initiative, solve problems independently, and think like a builder.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex, multi-agent systems simply.

Bonus Points

• Experience with advanced coding assistants (like Claude Code) or agentic frameworks (OpenClaw).
• Background in building B2B ERP solutions or consumer-facing hospitality platforms.
• Startup or agency background where you wore multiple hats and shipped fast.
