Job description

The Airline Ticketing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the airline ticketing department, ensuring efficient, accurate, and high-quality service delivery for flight bookings. This role involves leading a team of ticketing agents, resolving complex airline-related issues, optimizing booking processes within GDS, and maintaining strong relationships with airlines and clients. The supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring all airline ticketing activities comply with IATA regulations, airline policies, and company procedures.

Skills

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an airline ticketing role within a travel agency or airline, with at least [1-2] years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.

Skills:

  1. - Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  2. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly for complex fare constructions and ticketing scenarios.
