Job Summary
Responsible for conducting quarterly showroom audits to ensure compliance with operational policies, internal controls, and promotional guidelines, with timely reporting of exceptions and support through reporting and staff training.


Job Responsibilities
  • Visit every Showroom in person for auditing store’s operation at least once in a Quarter
  • Audit discount provided by Showroom Operations and ensure that discount provided is in accordance with the relevant promo rules/policies and report any exceptions to F&B RMC Team.
  • Audit sales return cases and ensure that returns have been processed in accordance with Company’s Sales Return Policy and report any exceptions to F&B RMC Team
  • Audit physical inventory controls implemented and ensure that physical controls are adequate to safeguard and prevent inventory theft/ pilferage and report any exceptions to F&B RMC Team
  • Count cash and cash equivalents and ensure that cash and cash equivalents balance in system and physical value are tallying and report any exceptions to F&B RMC Team
  • To ensure that other policies and procedures pertaining to stores operations are applied consistently and report any exceptions to F&B RMC Team
  • Preparing reports and experience of providing training to non-finance staffs to follow process and policies


Candidate Requirements
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in Store Audits, Internal Audit, or Corporate Governance, preferably in professional services, and experience in process and compliance framework creation.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, attention-to-detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Working experience of Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with SAP or similar ERP and BI tools such as Alteryx, Power BI etc. is preferred.
