تبحث علامة Pretty Ballerinas الإسبانية، التابعة لمجموعة Mascaró العريقة، عن موظفة مبيعات واحدة للانضمام إلى بوتيكها الراقي في مجمع الأفنيوز – مدينة الكويت.

منذ تأسيسها عام 1918 في إسبانيا، تمثل Pretty Ballerinas أكثر من قرن من الحرفية الرفيعة. تصنع جميع أحذيتنا يدويًا في جزيرة مينوركا، حيث تدمج بين الأناقة الخالدة والراحة والأنوثة.


🔍 المهارات والمتطلبات الأساسية:

  • اللغات: العربية (إلزامية) + الإنجليزية بطلاقة
  • الخبرة: سنة واحدة على الأقل في الأحذية الفاخرة أو البيع بالتجزئة الراقية
  • مظهر أنيق، مهارات عالية في التواصل وخدمة العملاء
  • معرفة أساسية بالحاسوب: نظام نقاط البيع، البريد الإلكتروني، استخدام الأجهزة اللوحية
  • مهارات إدارة المخزون: استلام البضائع، تنظيم المستودع، متابعة الكميات
  • يفضّل وجود خبرة سابقة أو معرفة بموقع مجمع الأفنيوز – منطقة الري أو محافظة الفروانية
  • شخصية نشيطة، شغف بالموضة، وتمثيل راقٍ للعلامة التجارية

👠 We’re hiring – Pretty Ballerinas | Mascaró Group – Sales Associate (Kuwait City)

Pretty Ballerinas, part of the prestigious Mascaró Group, is a renowned Spanish luxury footwear brand celebrated worldwide for its handcrafted ballet flats worn by celebrities. We are currently looking for one Sales Associate to join our boutique at The Avenues Mall – Kuwait City.

Founded in Spain in 1918, Pretty Ballerinas represents over a century of artisanal excellence. All our shoes are handmade in Menorca, combining timeless elegance, comfort, and femininity.


🔍 Role Requirements & Skills:

  • Languages: Arabic (mandatory) + fluent English
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in luxury footwear or premium fashion retail
  • Excellent grooming, communication, and customer service skills
  • Basic computer literacy: POS system, email handling, tablets
  • Stockroom and inventory skills: receiving goods, managing stock levels, basic merchandising
  • Familiarity with The Avenues Mall – Al-Rai or the Farwaniyah area is a plus
  • Motivation, fashion sense, and ability to represent a premium European brand


📍 Location:

The Avenues Mall – Al-Rai, Al Farwaniyah Governorate, Kuwait City


🗓 Expected start date: within 2 weeks

  • إظهار قدرة ملحوظة على تحويل العملاء المحتملين إلى عملاء فعليين من خلال نقاشات وحوارات حماسية.


  • Ability to analyze the goal, target customer, and challenges to overcome before planning sales-oriented activities.
  • Proven track record of maintaining professional ethics through the portrayal of exemplary soft skills.
  • Ability to implement the 'customer first' approach by providing a personalized and convenient sales pitch.
  • Performance-driven and capable of achieving targets under pressure.
  • Apt in dealing with clients and engagingly presenting product data for potential leads.
  • Depicting remarkable command to convert leads into customers through passionate discussions and debates.
