Desired Skills & Competencies

• Minimum 7+ years' restaurant management experience in upscale or casual upscale dining.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team of 20+ FOH staff.
• Strong guest service and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing labour costs, inventory, and operational budgets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant systems, reservations, and service standards.
• Adaptable to multicultural environments and diverse teams.
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Flexible to work extended shifts, 6 days per week.

Assistant Restaurant Manager

Salary: KD 500–750 per month (All Inclusive)

Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, maintaining service standards, and leading front-of-house teams. The successful candidate will ensure smooth operations and assume responsibility for the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in upscale or casual upscale dining operations.
• Experience supervising and motivating teams of 20+ staff.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and guest service.
• Ability to assist with scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of cost control, inventory management, and operational procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Adaptable, professional, and service-oriented.

The ideal candidate will lead by example, supervise service teams, and ensure efficient restaurant operations during each shift.
