Purpose:
To ensure high-quality standards and compliance with QMS and ISO requirements across industrial, civil, and mechanical construction projects
Key Responsibilities:
QMS Implementation
• Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) as per ISO 9001
• Review and approve quality documents such as ITPs and procedures
Audits & Inspections
• Perform ISO Lead Audits and regular site quality inspections
• Verify material and workmanship compliance with project specifications
Non-Conformance Management
• Identify non-conformances and initiate corrective/preventive actions
• Follow up and close out quality issues effectively
Reporting & Support
• Monitor quality performance and prepare reports for management
• Provide QA guidance and training to project teams
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 5 years of QA experience in industrial/civil/mechanical construction
Strong knowledge of QMS, ISO requirements, construction processes & quality control
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred
