Project Manager – Mechanical (HVAC)

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager specializing in Mechanical (HVAC) systems to join our dynamic team in the real estate sector & MEP company. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of HVAC projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. You will be part of a collaborative environment where your leadership will directly influence project success and client satisfaction.

1. Lead the planning and execution of HVAC projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets, while coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met.
2. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management strategies, utilizing project management tools to track progress and deliverables.
3. Oversee the procurement process for HVAC equipment and materials, ensuring quality standards are met and costs are controlled, while fostering strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
4. Ensure adherence to local authority requirements including KFF, MEW, and MPW submissions.
5. Facilitate regular project meetings to review progress, address challenges, and communicate updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Conduct site visits to monitor project implementation, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards, while addressing any issues that may arise on-site promptly.
7. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, milestones achieved, and any potential risks or delays that may impact project success.
8. Mentor and guide junior team members, providing training and support to enhance their skills and knowledge in project management and HVAC systems.
9. Implement best practices in project management methodologies, continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems into overall project designs and specifications.
