Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and performance-driven HR Performance & Rewards Specialist to lead and manage the organization’s performance management and rewards processes. The role will oversee the full KPI/KPO cycle, bonus and incentive administration, and performance reporting while partnering closely with senior leadership to support strategic business objectives.

This position offers strong exposure to senior management, including VPs and the CEO, with opportunities to grow into a subject matter expert in performance management, rewards, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the annual performance management cycle including KPI/KPO setting, monitoring, mid-year reviews, and annual evaluations.
  • Design, implement, and maintain organization-wide KPI frameworks across all business units to enhance accountability and performance visibility.
  • Drive OKR cascading across departments to ensure alignment between corporate strategy and operational execution.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to establish measurable performance indicators aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Support bonus, incentive, and reward allocation processes ensuring fairness, accuracy, and alignment with company policies.
  • Build and maintain advanced Excel trackers, scorecards, and performance dashboards.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, analytics, and insights for HR leadership and senior management.
  • Develop and enhance reporting frameworks that support data-driven decision-making.
  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and rollout of digital performance management systems and automation initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional performance review discussions to ensure alignment between departments and strategic priorities.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance trends, identifying opportunities for operational efficiency and process improvement.
  • Support financial performance management activities including forecasting, budgeting coordination, and performance-based monitoring.
  • Enhance project and operational financial control through KPI-driven tracking of revenue streams, contracts, and cost structures.
  • Ensure consistency and governance of performance management practices across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in performance management, rewards, organizational development, or HR analytics.
  • Strong experience in KPI/OKR frameworks, performance dashboards, and incentive programs.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Experience working with senior leadership and presenting analytical insights.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with digital HR/performance management systems is preferred.
