Role Summary: Responsible for conducting microbiological testing and quality monitoring of raw materials, water, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards in a water, juice, or dairy manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, water, in-process, and finished products.
  • Conduct environmental monitoring, sterility testing, and pathogen analysis.
  • Monitor and verify CIP/SIP systems and aseptic processing.
  • Investigate microbiological deviations and implement corrective actions (CAPA).
  • Maintain laboratory equipment calibration and accurate testing records.
  • Prepare laboratory reports and support internal and external audits.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, and company quality standards

Skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology, Food Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biological Sciences, or a related field.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Quality Control Microbiologist in water, juice, dairy, milk, or beverage manufacturing.
  • Strong experience in UHT processing, aseptic manufacturing, microbiological testing, and food safety systems (HACCP, FSSC 22000, GMP).
