implement Brand behavior (Saturday night dinner host) to every customer.
- Learn ingredients and description of all the food, beverages, and all items
available in our menu, new and old.
- Provide quality beverages and food product consistently for all guest by
adhering to all recipes and presentation standard.
- Follow all the hygiene and food safety procedure while on duty.
- Be patient and organized
- Always act as a role model, treat others with respect and embrace diversity.

- Follow and achieve daily target, KPI’s and other sales objective to help the
business grow. (up sell, and the sales of loyalty card.)(provide guest a full
circle experience)
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace so that team member can locate
resources and product as needed. (Follow DCWF and structure of the bar by
having a clear optics)
- Follow the sequence in every station and ensure to deliver fast-paced services
in every customer. (Paced yourself)
- Complete Opening store procedures in store and in trail during schedule
