Job description

- Plan, build, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta

(Facebook & Instagram), Snapchat, and TikTok.

- Structure campaigns following performance marketing best practices,

including campaign architecture, audience segmentation, and budget

allocation.

- Develop and manage audience targeting strategies, including prospecting,

retargeting, and lookalike audiences.

- Implement effective bidding strategies aligned with campaign objectives such

as conversions, traffic, or engagement.

- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize based on established KPIs.


- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and campaign structures to

continuously improve performance.
