Job description

The Front Desk Receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation within the medical and healthcare equipment sector. This position is the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing essential support and assistance. Responsibilities:

  3. Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries, providing accurate information and directing calls as necessary.
  4. Maintain patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date and confidential.
  5. Process patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently, including payment processing.
  6. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and communication.
  7. Assist in managing inventory of office supplies and medical equipment.
  8. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  9. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and professional at all times.
  10. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
