Job description

Position Title:           Receptionist

Employment Type:   Full Time

Salary:                       up to 4.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Location:            Dubai, UAE


About the Client:

A pioneer real estate developer and consultant specializing in top-class residential and high-value commercial properties across UAE mainly based in Dubai.


Job Description:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling mail, deliveries, and appointments.
  • Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure a welcoming environment for guests.

 

 

Skills

Qualifications:

  • Female, Arabic speakers with ages 35 years old and below
  • Open to fresh graduates or at least 1 year of experience in the similar role preferably in US-based call centers
  • Excellent English communication skills, with warm and welcoming personality
  • Home country experience can be considered
