Job description

  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders will be central to your responsibilities, as you assist in organizing events, conferences, and business functions.
  • Creating, proofreading, and editing various documents, such as memos, reports, and presentations.
  • Managing various office-related responsibilities, such as supplies, maintenance, and basic IT support.
  • Exercising discretion and integrity while handling sensitive information and confidential documents.
  • Working collaboratively with stakeholders to orchestrate successful events, conferences, and business activities.
  • Contributing to a functional work atmosphere by supervising office management tasks, from supplies to technical support.
