We are seeking a skilled and proactive Process Engineer to optimize engineering processes and enhance project efficiency within the Project & Construction Planning sector. The role involves analyzing workflows, improving operational performance, and supporting project execution through innovative and data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will contribute both technically and strategically, collaborating with crossfunctional teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze existing engineering processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. • Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to develop and align process specifications with project objectives. • Design and implement process control systems to monitor performance and ensure quality standards are met. • Conduct root cause analysis for process-related issues and implement corrective actions. • Prepare technical reports and documentation to support decision-making and communicate process improvements. • Monitor and track KPIs related to process efficiency and provide actionable insights to management. • Evaluate and adopt new technologies and methodologies to enhance operational effectiveness. • Participate in cross-functional meetings to share best practices and support innovation initiatives. • Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge development within the team
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering is Mandatory.
• 6–8 years of experience in process engineering or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques (Lean, Six Sigma)
. • Experience with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, etc.).
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
. • Good understanding of project management principles
. • Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements
. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
