🔹 Design and deliver brand-specific training programs aligned with operational excellence and customer service standards
🔹 Onboard new hires, ensuring seamless integration into the brand’s culture and service expectations
🔹 Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Marketing to develop L&D strategies for frontline staff and supervisors
🔹 Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust content and methods as needed
🔹 Coach and develop in-store trainers and team leaders across multiple locations
🔹 Ensure consistent application of brand standards across all branches
🔹 Work with R&D to develop product training manuals and recipe books
Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business, or related field
5+ years of training experience, ideally in F&B (burger/QSR experience is a plus!)
Operations experience (Crew/Cook/Chef) is an advantage
Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Kuwait Driving License is a plus
