The Human Resources (HR) Manager at Kaizen Asset Management Services is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s HR operations.
This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals, managing recruitment and talent acquisition, driving employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
The HR Manager will work closely with department leaders to support organizational development, performance management, and employee relations.
They will lead efforts in training and development programs, compensation and benefits administration, and fostering a positive workplace culture that promotes Kaizen’s values.
This position requires a proactive and strategic HR leader capable of balancing operational duties with long-term planning to build a motivated, skilled, and compliant workforce.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; professional HR certifications (e.

Minimum 5 years of experience in human resource management, ideally within asset management or financial services sectors.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations relevant to the UAE (including Emiratization requirements).
Proven experience in recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with business objectives.
Experience with HR Information Systems and performance management tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
