Key Responsibilities
Teaching and Academic Duties
- Deliver high-quality British undergraduate medical science courses validated by the University of London
- Ensure curriculum content aligns with University of London standards and British medical education requirements
- Develop evidence-based teaching materials incorporating current medical research and clinical practices
- Supervise student research projects and clinical assessments according to University of London standards
- Contribute to programme enhancement within the University of London validation framework
Essential Qualifications
Academic Requirements
- PhD in Medical Sciences, Medicine, or related biomedical field from a recognised institution
- Medical degree (MBBS/MD) with postgraduate qualifications preferred
- Strong foundation in British medical education standards and clinical practices
Professional Experience
- Prior university-level teaching experience in medical or health sciences
- Clinical experience in relevant medical speciality
- Research experience with peer-reviewed publications in medical journals
Clinical Skills
- Current medical registration or eligibility for registration
- Experience in clinical teaching and student supervision
