Key Responsibilities
Teaching and Academic Duties
- Deliver high-quality British undergraduate business courses validated by the University of London
- Ensure curriculum content aligns with University of London standards and contemporary business practices
- Develop case-study based teaching materials incorporating British and international business examples
- Assess student work including business plans and analytical projects according to University of London standards
- Contribute to programme development within the University of London validation framework
Essential Qualifications
Academic Requirements
- PhD in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field from a recognised institution
- Strong background in business theory, strategic management, and organisational behaviour
- Research experience in areas such as international business, entrepreneurship, or organisational management
Professional Experience
- Prior university-level teaching experience in business or management disciplines
- Professional experience in business management, consulting, or corporate sector preferred
- Understanding of contemporary business education and case-study methodologies
Business Knowledge
- Expertise in strategic management, marketing, finance, or operations management
- Knowledge of international business practices and global market dynamics
- Experience with business analysis tools and contemporary management frameworks
