Lead and manage the Jakarta sales office, overseeing all sales operations, team performance, and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to expand Anjum Hotel’s market share across Indonesia.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Hajj and Umrah operators, Islamic travel agencies, community groups, and corporate partners.
• Collaborate closely with the Makkah headquarters to align goals, offers, and seasonal campaigns.
• Represent the brand at local and regional trade shows, conferences, and events.
• Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and improve offerings.
• Provide regular reporting on KPIs, forecasts, and business development progress.
• Ensure excellent customer relationship management and a high standard of service delivery.
