Job Title: Senior Project Manager



Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and govern complex projects, ensure effective problem resolution, and collaborate closely with presales teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project governance, financial management, and client engagement, with proven expertise in managing P&L and supporting RFP processes to create LoE, Cost for new opportunity.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Project Governance & Oversight:
    Establish and enforce project governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, policies, and industry best practices. Monitor project performance, risks, and issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Problem Solving & Issue Resolution:
    Act as the primary problem solver for project challenges, facilitating timely resolution to keep projects on track.
  • Presales Support & RFP Review:
    Collaborate with the presales team to review RFPs, define scope, and develop LOE (Level of Effort) estimates. Assist in creating competitive and accurate proposals.
  • Financial Management & P&L:
    Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure profitability. Oversee P&L responsibilities, including forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Stakeholder & Client Engagement:
    Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities effectively.
  • Team Leadership & Coordination:
    Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and governance standards.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices for project delivery and governance.

Qualifications:



  • Extensive experience in managing large-scale projects with a focus on governance, financials, and client engagement.
  • Proven track record of managing P&L and supporting presales activities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex project challenges.
  • Experience in reviewing RFPs, creating LOE estimates, and supporting proposal development.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and financial software.
  • Good Skill to prepare report to present.
  • Ready to travel to different location for long tenure projects.
  • PMP or similar certification preferred.

Preferred Skills:



  • Experience in Data Center, Infrastructure, or similar large-scale technology projects.
  • Knowledge of industry standards such as Uptime Institute, TIA-942, etc.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
