About the role

Orange Business is seeking a Pega Senior Developer to spearhead enterprise application development and automation initiatives within the Service Delivery International (SDI) organization.
This role is pivotal in designing and implementing BPM solutions using the Pega platform, facilitating automation and digital transformation while ensuring collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver scalable and effective Pega-based solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement Pega-based applications and workflow solutions that meet business needs.
• Configure and customize Pega BPM components, including case management, data models, and user interfaces for optimal performance.
• Develop business rules, integrations, and automation workflows using the Pega platform in compliance with best practices.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Integrate Pega applications with external systems and APIs to enhance interoperability.
• Participate actively in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities, ensuring quality and compliance with standards.

About you

You are an experienced Pega Senior Developer with a strong background in creating Pega-based solutions, boasting a minimum of 3 to 8 years of development expertise. You possess hands-on experience in case management, workflows, and integrations, complemented by a deep understanding of Pega data models and UI design. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, along with certifications such as Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) and Pega Certified System Architect (CSA), will enhance your profile. You are driven by curiosity, eager to learn about cloud technologies and automation while contributing to large-scale enterprise applications.
Your professional skills:
• Extensive experience working with the Pega platform (PRPC / Pega Infinity) to develop scalable applications.
• Proven ability in configuring case management workflows and business rule configurations to enhance user experiences.
• Advanced knowledge in developing integrations using REST / SOAP services to connect legacy and modern systems.
• Understanding of Pega data models, UI design principles, and application architecture relevant to enterprise solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies, driving prompt delivery and adaptability in projects.
