As the Security Manager, you’ll manage all security operations to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and enforce security procedures and emergency response plans
· Supervise the security team and coordinate shifts and assignments
· Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular inspections of the premises
· Respond to incidents, investigate security issues, and prepare detailed reports
· Coordinate with local authorities when necessary
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Previous experience in security management, preferably in hospitality or large facilities
· Strong leadership and crisis management skills
· Good knowledge of safety and emergency procedures
· Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
· Strong attention to detail and reporting skills
· Good communication skills
· Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts
· Excellent English communication
