This position is based in Pune . You’ll make a difference by: Leading projects within agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations. You’ll win us over by: Holding a BE/B.Tech, MCA, ME, or M.Tech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Having 7+ years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master. Demonstrating strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Possessing solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Lean, and SAFe methodologies and practices. Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes and project delivery frameworks. Familiarity with project lifecycle management tools such as Jazz or similar platforms. Experience working with geographically distributed and multicultural global teams. Strong understanding of estimation techniques, risk assessment, data analysis, and root-cause investigation. Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to understand technical details when required. Knowledge of requirements engineering, including requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and traceability management. Understanding of software development lifecycle processes and delivery best practices. Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Excellent conflict resolution, troubleshooting, and team coaching abilities. You’ll stand out if you have: Experience working in enterprise-scale Agile transformation initiatives. Knowledge of on-premises software solutions and deployment models. Understanding of native mobile applications (iOS and Android), hybrid applications, and web-based platforms. Scrum Master, SAFe, Agile, or related professional certifications. Experience managing multiple Scrum teams within complex product development environments.
