This position is based in Pune . You’ll make a difference by: Leading projects within agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations. Facilitating Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Driving continuous improvement initiatives that maximize customer value and business outcomes. Promoting effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Coaching and mentoring teams on Agile, Scrum, Lean, and SAFe principles to enhance team maturity. Ensuring Sprint Backlogs are effectively prioritized to deliver maximum business value. Collaborating closely with Product Owners to manage backlogs, refine requirements, and address emerging priorities. Identifying and removing impediments that may impact team productivity and delivery commitments. Supporting teams through organizational and process changes while fostering Agile best practices. Ensuring sprint deliverables meet quality expectations and customer requirements. Building a culture of ownership, accountability, transparency, and continuous learning. Aligning project execution with product roadmaps and strategic business objectives. Providing regular project updates, progress reports, and key metrics to management and customers. Managing project risks proactively and ensuring adherence to established risk management practices. Facilitating user story elaboration and requirement clarification with Product Owners and Product Managers. Understanding stakeholder needs and translating them into effective Agile execution plans. Guiding teams throughout sprint execution and supporting delivery excellence. Demonstrating completed functionality and sprint outcomes to stakeholders and leadership teams. Ensuring compliance with customer processes, governance standards, and organizational practices. Collaborating effectively across multiple Scrum teams in a global delivery environment. You’ll win us over by: Holding a BE/B.Tech, MCA, ME, or M.Tech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Having 7+ years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master. Demonstrating strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Possessing solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Lean, and SAFe methodologies and practices. Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes and project delivery frameworks. Familiarity with project lifecycle management tools such as Jazz or similar platforms. Experience working with geographically distributed and multicultural global teams. Strong understanding of estimation techniques, risk assessment, data analysis, and root-cause investigation. Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to understand technical details when required. Knowledge of requirements engineering, including requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and traceability management. Understanding of software development lifecycle processes and delivery best practices. Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Excellent conflict resolution, troubleshooting, and team coaching abilities. You’ll stand out if you have: Experience working in enterprise-scale Agile transformation initiatives. Knowledge of on-premises software solutions and deployment models. Understanding of native mobile applications (iOS and Android), hybrid applications, and web-based platforms. Scrum Master, SAFe, Agile, or related professional certifications. Experience managing multiple Scrum teams within complex product development environments.
