The Prime responsibility is to lead and oversee the EPC project by determining and implementing client requirements as per contract and specifications, ensuring construction activities progress according to schedule, and achieving project milestones and commercial controls through effective planning, logistics, and execution. The role involves guiding the project team through regular contract reviews to identify and manage risks, monitoring performance against agreed timelines, and initiating corrective actions where necessary, while coordinating the efforts of architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and laborers. With a customer‑oriented, structured, and proactive approach, the incumbent creates teams, defines objectives, and assigns responsibilities, while embodying the values of L&T and demonstrating initiative and independent judgment in a multinational, multicultural environment. Key functions include preparing the Master Project Plan based on client specifications and build strategy, ensuring compliance with corporate commercial practices and standards, leading project planning, budgeting, and resource identification, devising and revising work plans, managing project accounting and risk exposure, conducting periodic site inspections, and ensuring completeness of project documentation, all with due attention to occupational health, safety, welfare, and environmental responsibilities.
