We are looking for a high-ownership Product Manager who has led growth and retention initiatives at scale and is excited to build impactful consumer AI products.
Key Responsibilities Activation & First Experience Design and optimize a compelling first-user experience across web and mobile platforms Improve onboarding funnels to maximize activation rates Growth & Retention Drive key metrics including activation, conversion, and D7/D30 retention Build and optimize habit-forming engagement loops for students Experimentation & Analytics Run high-velocity A/B experiments across onboarding, engagement, and pricing/paywalls Own product metrics, dashboards, and insights to guide decision-making User Understanding Develop deep insights into student behavior, especially in test prep and academic learning Translate user insights into product improvements and growth strategies Product Quality & Experience Ensure a fast, intuitive, and reliable product experience Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to maintain high product quality standards What We’re Looking For 3–7 years of Product Management experience in consumer technology at scale Proven ownership of growth and retention (not just feature delivery) Strong experience optimizing funnels, onboarding flows, and engagement loops Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in experimentation and analytics Preferred Background Experience in high-growth consumer tech companies Exposure to EdTech or learning-focused products Familiarity with AI-driven product experiences Evaluation Criteria Candidates should be able to clearly demonstrate: Problem-solving approach and structured thinking Hypothesis-driven experimentation Specific experiments executed Measurable impact on metrics (e.
