We don’t need superheroes, just super minds: Technical Skills: • Advanced user of 3D CAD software (e.g., CREO/PROe/Inventor/UG), PDM Link/Teamcenter, 2D CAD (e.g., AUTOCAD), • Knowledge of calculations and designing transformer tank, stiffeners, cover and external components like coolers, conservator, pipe work, turrets, external conduit cabling etc. • Experience in FEA software (ANSYS/Pro Mechanical) • Experience of preparation of customer documentation like General arrangement, foundation, valve plate etc. • Knowledge of sizing/selecting of accessories like MOG, fan, pumps, terminals, cable routing, breather, valves, bellows etc. • Knowledge of tank design practices of European sites and global customers • Knowledge of relevant national & international standards for transformers. Key Skills: · Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, mechanical engineering preferred, other engineering degrees will be considered with applicable experience in mechanical design. · More than 8 years working experience as a design engineer (or related roles) · Excellent written and verbal communication in English is necessary. · Self-motivated to produce high quality results within the time allocated, with limited supervision. · Experience with SAP · Strong understanding of working in Global engineering center or equivalent We’ve got quite a lot to offer.
