With us, you can do something significant that benefits society and human progress Your new role – challenging and future-oriented * Diploma with 5-8 years experience in heavy component Manufacturing. * Exposure in CNC Heavy Machine shop (Stator & Rotor parts), production planning & general management of manufacturing operations. * Knowledge of tooling, processes & NX programming of component manufacturing on CNC machines. * Implement Lean Manufacturing principles. * Familiar with CNC heavy machines & have knowledge of Manual & CAM programming * Ensures adherence to defined manufacturing guidelines, processes and procedures. * Contributes to production planning processes, and determines manufacturing priorities based on established production hrs. * Develops and Implements performance measurement and improvement initiatives * Conducts time and motion studies and derives time standards for production calculations.
