Role Purpose – Act as the primary liaison, seamlessly bridging Process Definition/Engineering teams and Service Delivery Operations teams, to ensure detailed process rollout, strong operational adoption, governance alignment, and continuous process maturity improvement across Siemens PLM Managed Services operations. Drive prioritization, orchestration, governance follow-ups, UAT signoffs, production readiness, and operational adoption of business process requirements across multiple functions and platforms delivering excellence at every stage. Key Responsibilities – Drive and continually elevate process maturity across Operations by enhancing process standardization, ensuring governance alignment, strengthening operational adoption, and improving process effectiveness across DOSO and Siemens PLM handled services. Act as the central point of coordination between: • Process Definition / Process Engineering teams • Service Delivery Operations teams • Multi-functional operational collaborators ensuring detailed collaboration, alignment, and execution across all stages of the process lifecycle. Collaborate closely with Operations, Delivery Leads, Support Teams, and Functional Stakeholders to identify, evaluate, prioritize, and govern business process needs arising from operational functions and customer delivery environments. Ensure priority operational process requirements are: • Clearly documented with precision • Thoroughly reviewed with collaborators • Strategically prioritized • Effectively submitted to Process Definition / Engineering teams for implementation and governance alignment Coordinate with Process Engineering teams to ensure approved process requirements are: • Accurately defined and documented • Efficiently implemented in enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, workflow/orchestration tools, or governance repositories • Progressed smoothly through governance stages including Requirement Signoff, UAT validation, operational approvals, and production readiness Drive end-to-end governance difficulty and proactively follow up across teams to ensure timely completion of: • Requirement signoffs • UAT approvals • Process adoption validations • Release governance checkpoints • Production readiness achievements Act as the overarching governance orchestrator, ensuring dependencies across operational teams, collaborators, delivery functions, and governance bodies are proactively supervised, handled, and closed with accountability. Proactively identify and bring up customer impacts, operational risks, governance delays, service disruptions, and inefficiencies resulting from process gaps or delayed implementation ensuring swift mitigation. Ensure minimal operational disruption (“process noise”) during rollouts, governance transitions, release cycles, and production deployments enabling smooth execution. Drive clarity and transparency on roles and responsibilities by establishing well-defined ownership structures, approval matrices, accountability frameworks, and governance boundaries. Maintain, govern, and continuously improve centralized repositories of approved process artifacts, including: • SOPs • BPMN/workflow diagrams • Governance documentation • Signoff evidence • UAT approvals • Operational process libraries ensuring version control, accessibility, and alignment across all functions. Partner with Operations teams to ensure end-to-end process consistency across all lifecycle stages: • Requirement gathering • Process definition • Validation & approvals • UAT execution • Production rollout • BAU stabilization • Adoption governance Drive impactful operational adoption programs to ensure newly implemented processes are clearly understood, effectively embedded, and consistently followed across teams. Conduct structured process awareness sessions, governance reviews, enablement discussions, and adoption workshops to reinforce engagement and alignment across delivery and support organizations. Establish strong and continuous feedback loops to collection: • Ground-level operational insights • Process usability challenges • Operational inefficiencies • Customer-impacting concerns • Improvement opportunities And channel them back to Process Definition / Engineering teams to drive continuous improvement ensuring continuous evolution and impact. Monitor, analyze, and enhance process adoption metrics, governance compliance, operational maturity indicators, and overall process effectiveness through data-driven insights. Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, governance deviations, and adoption challenges, and drive timely corrective and preventive actions across collaborators. Support organizational change initiatives, release governance, operational readiness reviews, and production stabilization efforts across enterprise environments. Collaborate with Operational Completion, Reporting, and Governance teams to leverage dashboards, analytics, and insights for informed decision-making and maturity tracking enabling smarter decisions Support and enable AI/automation-driven process optimization initiatives and workflow improvements driving operational efficiency and innovation! Key Deliverables – Successful and detailed process rollout with strong operational adoption. Governance alignment across Requirement Signoff, UAT, Release, and Production stages. Centralized and well-maintained process repository and governance documentation library. Process adoption dashboards and operational maturity tracking. Improved process standardization and strengthened governance compliance. Skills & Qualifications – Validated experience in Process Governance, Service Delivery Operations, or Managed Services environments. Experience working within Siemens PLM / Teamcenter support or enterprise application support operations. Strong understanding of: ITIL Service Operations. Incident, Request, and Organizational Change lifecycle management. Process governance frameworks and workflows. UAT and production deployment governance. Strong collaborator management, governance coordination, and cross-functional orchestration capabilities. Hands-on experience executing process lifecycle activities including requirement intake, approvals, signoffs, governance tracking, and adoption enablement. Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and governance reporting skills. Experience working with enterprise workflow platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar ecosystems. Experience – 4 to 6 years of meaningful experience in Process Governance, PLM Support Operations, Service Delivery, or Managed Services environments. Preferred – ITIL v4 Foundation Certification (Highly Preferred). Experience supporting Siemens PLM / Teamcenter handled services operations. Validated understanding of BPM/process orchestration tools such as: • BPMN.io • Camunda • Visio • Lucidchart • ServiceNow workflows Exposure to enterprise process governance, operational maturity programs, and workflow automation initiatives.
