Title: Personal Secretary to the Chairman (CONGO DRC) Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, efficient, and resourceful Personal Secretary to the Chairman to provide comprehensive executive and administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting top management (Chairman/CEO/MD level) and handling HR operations, while maintaining the utmost professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
Key Responsibilities: Executive Support Manage the Chairman’s daily schedule, appointments, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
Draft, review, and manage emails, reports, and business presentations.
Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action points.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute integrity.
Human Resources Support Coordinate recruitment processes, onboarding, and induction activities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in implementation and communication of HR policies.
Monitor attendance, leave records, and performance management systems.
Support HR compliance, labor law documentation, and employee relations.
Qualifications & Experience: Education: Master’s Degree preferred in Business Administration (MBA – HR) or Business Communication / English .
Experience: Minimum 5–10 years of experience supporting top management and handling HR-related responsibilities.
Previous international exposure or experience in a multicultural environment will be an advantage.
Skills & Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required).
Strong command of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity .
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Additional Information: Work Location: Congo (DRC) Reporting to: Chairman Preference: Indian Female Candidates Compensation: Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
