Logistic Coordinator

Role Overview



KBR is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support project logistics operations. In this role, you will perform assignments requiring practical experience and a strong understanding of logistics concepts within EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects. You will work under general supervision, applying standard procedures to analyze solutions while continuing to build advanced capabilities.

Key Responsibilities



As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for:



  • Managing end-to-end project logistics activities, including:
    • Import/export processes
    • Containerized and breakbulk shipments
    • Air freight and overland transportation
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure logistics deliverables meet customer expectations
  • Monitoring and managing the project logistics budget, ensuring cost efficiency
  • Developing transportation plans and logistics budgets (overall and/or project-specific)
  • Evaluating and reporting on logistics market trends and outlook
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Promoting and upholding KBR’s Zero Harm culture across vendors, clients, and internal teams

Required Qualifications & Experience



  • Proven experience managing logistics for at least one EPC/PMC/FEED/DE/PRE-FEED project
  • Minimum 2+ years of logistics experience within EPC/PMC/FEED/DE/PRE-FEED projects, including:
    • Ocean freight (containers & breakbulk)
    • Domestic and international transportation
    • Heavy haul logistics
    • Customs clearance
    • Logistics budget management
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in:
    • Maritime Administration
    • Logistics / Supply Chain Management
    • Business Administration
    • Or a related field

(Equivalent experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.)
