Job Title:ServiceNow Lead Software Engineer



Job Summary.



We are seeking a skilledServiceNowSeniorDeveloperto design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities, follow best practices, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions.



Key Responsibilities



  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions using best practices




  • Customize ServiceNow applications usingBusiness Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer




  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules such asÏTSM,CSM,APO,MCO,FinanceManagement,Employee Centre. 




  • Build and supportintegrationsusing REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub




  • Create and manageService Catalog items, workflows,FlowDesingerandETL,Integration Hub, DataFabric/Zero Copy Connectors




  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of platform issues




  • Support platform upgrades, patches, and releases




  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements




  • Follow SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and change management processes




  • Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles




Required Skills & Qualifications



  • 3+ years of hands-onServiceNow development experience




  • Strong experience withJavaScript,REST/SOAPAPIs and integrations




(server-side and client-side)



  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture




  • Experience withFinance Managementand MCOprocesses(Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash lifecycle,Accounts payable, Accounts receivable etc)




  • Familiarity withCMDB, Discovery, andITSM 




  • Experience withotherApplication would be plus likeITOM, HRSD.




  • Understanding ofACLs, roles, and security best practices




  • Experience working inAgile/Scrumenvironments

  • ServiceNow certifications such as:




  • Certified System Administrator (CSA)




  • Certified Application Developer (CAD)




  • Module-specific certifications (CSM,ITSM,MCOetc.)




  • Experience withServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting




  • Knowledge ofUI Builder, Service Portal, and Workspace configuration




  • Exposure toDevOps, CI/CD, and ATF (Automated Test Framework)

Education



  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience




  • Min7+ Years of experience in Servicenow
