js Backend Developer , you will play a key role in building and scaling the backend systems that power modern, high-performance applications.
This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems, designing robust APIs, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and secure products.
You will contribute across the full backend lifecycle—from design and development to deployment and optimization—while maintaining high standards of code quality and system performance.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services using Node.
js and frameworks such as Express, NestJS, or Fastify.
Build and maintain RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs consumed by web and mobile applications.
Integrate backend systems with SQL and NoSQL databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
Ensure backend services meet high standards for security, data protection, scalability, and reliability.
Optimize application performance to handle high traffic and large data volumes efficiently.
Implement automated testing (unit and integration) and support CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments.
Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams, participating in design discussions, code reviews, and sprint planning.
Monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve system stability.
What Makes You a Great Fit You have 2+ years of hands-on experience building backend systems with Node.
js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
You are comfortable working with relational databases such as MySQL, as well as understanding NoSQL concepts.
You have a solid grasp of asynchronous programming, API design, and backend best practices.
You care deeply about clean, maintainable code and enjoy improving performance and reliability.
You are familiar with Git, DevOps workflows, and cloud-based environments.
You communicate clearly, collaborate well with diverse teams, and adapt quickly in dynamic settings.
