Address employee questions and grievances, escalating issues when necessary.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and assist in their enforcement.
Payroll & Compliance Handle complete payroll data input and coordinate with finance for salary disbursement.
Support statutory documentation and compliance processes.
Manage full and final settlements, conduct exit interviews, and process exit formalities.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management Liaise with consultants, agencies, and external vendors.
Work collaboratively with internal departments to fulfill HR needs and implement initiatives.
