Job Description

Responsible for leading all engineering and maintenance operations to ensure the hotel’s facilities, systems, and infrastructure are safe, efficient, and aligned with high guest service standards.


Key Responsibilities


  • Oversee daily engineering operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure minimal downtime
  • Manage budgets, CapEx planning, and cost control initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, fire codes, and local laws
  • Lead emergency response and risk management efforts
  • Supervise, train, and develop the engineering team
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest-related issues
  • Manage vendors, contractors, and renovation projects
  • Drive energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
