Collaborate with planning, strategy, investment, and analytics teams to deliver best-in-class solutions. Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell initiatives. Oversee development of integrated media strategies across digital, offline, performance, and emerging channels. Own revenue growth, profitability, and overall business performance of assigned accounts. Growth Leadership Lead the development and execution of pitches and RFIs, ensuring alignment with client objectives and agency capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including strategy, creative, media, and analytics to develop compelling proposals. Oversee creation of pitch materials and manage submission timelines.
