Job description

  • Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary industry expertise to enable them to sell the product. This involves printed and electronic promotional material and relevant clinical papers.
  • Assess/evaluate opportunity project, implementation needs for initial scope of implementation & application project, determine project plan, and schedule agenda with immediate reports and account opportunity owners
  • Maintains deep knowledge on product, scientific literature and competitive solutions
  • Coordinate with sales colleagues for newly acquired customer to activate the products at sites with detailed training to the operators.  Responsible for reviewing product data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies or competitors’ products.
  • Act as point of reference for all product related enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues in Clinical Research and Regulatory to address any issues that may arise.
  • Report all complaints with meaningful data to Technical Services and follow-up/input additional information if required.
  • Close liaison with the Marketing & Field force to assess the response to and suitability of current promotional material and to ensure that the printed promotional material is being used optimally.
  • Support delivery of Clinical / Market Research projects/campaigns to assess customer behaviour to the current product range and new product introductions in collaboration with Scientific Medical Affairs / Marketing Manager.
  • Communicate with all stakeholders internally & externally the Project Management tracking.
  • Assist with the development of the annual marketing plan and for controlling advertising, promotion and sales aids in accordance with the annual marketing plan.
  • Responsible for preparing new and existing product forecasts.
  • Responsibly raise request and maintain the required inventory of tools and consumables for customer promotion, validation and troubleshooting purpose.
  • Perform Product Validation per standard operating procedures by maintaining records of consumable use and outcome report
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough communication. Promptly provide vigilance to the associated colleagues and management.
  • Optimally schedule the time and coordinate the travel itineraries pertaining to the implementation and customer service with line manager and regional colleagues
  • Develop/support the sales team for customer facing work plans & programmes for opportunities which include all required stakeholder engagement.
  • Responsible for maintaining product knowledge, implementing and training latest processes, features and functionality of the product both on and off site.
  • Cultivate the client relationship through implementations and all types of training engagements.
  • Assist other team members with implementation projects when appropriate.
  • Boosts the regional commercial objectives by identifying business opportunity to upscale the product utilization
  • Plan and deliver training/refresher training on periodic basis to base customer accounts.
  • Maintain all Records and submit report to the HO on regular basis
