Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first professional technical point of contact for customers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot fault-related cases using software diagnostics and network/product utility tools.
- Provide timely updates to customers to ensure performance objectives are met.
- Allocate cases effectively within the case flow process.
- Perform technical escalations in line with company procedures.
- Monitor systems, network security, and products, responding to alerts and events appropriately.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., GCSC, PTT, IOC, vendors) to resolve issues.
- Document troubleshooting steps and case management actions in the system.
- Perform in-depth diagnostics and troubleshooting of complex Layer 1–3 network issues, leveraging Cisco IOS commands, protocol analysis, and monitoring tools to identify root causes and restore service.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in the networking sector.
- CCNP certification (mandatory).
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches.
- Proven experience in customer handling, communication, and client-facing technical support.
- Ability to manage escalations and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (day & night).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills under pressure.
