Purpose of the Job


















Leading the process of analyzing the actual daily , monthly and yearly performance KPIS to build strong understanding of the key variances, Implementing proactive ways to improve performance by providing early warnings to all relevant business departments and any deviations as well as producing all needed daily and monthly managerial presentations and analysis.



Duties and Responsibilities




















  1. Responsible on Reporting and understating the Business Performance KPIs internally and Externally (to Orange Group) including Subscribers, Traffic, ARPU, AUPU, Average Price per Unit and all other Commercial KPIs segmented by all different dimensions such as line of business, customer profile and per product type etc.
  2. Responsible to Build and maintain financial models to produce monthly and quarterly and yearly variance analysis on the Performance KPIs vs budget , landing and historical trends.
  3. Deep Understanding for Orange Group KPI performance definitions and responsibility to cascade any definition update among all internal stakeholders
  4. Prepare monthly Company Performance presentations to the management (CFO/CEO) and Orange group including various analysis explaining the corporate performance KPIs and any key risks and opportunities.
  5. Be focal point of contact with Orange group for all needed performance KPIs analysis and all related matters.
  6. Identify Any discrepancy related to the performance KPIs and take all needed corrective actions with other departments (Data lake/Data warehouse/Marketing segments/Billing/Charging/etc.) and follow up to resolve them
  7. Prepare weekly Landing presentation-dashboard showing the actual major performance KPIs in comparison with the budget figures and provide it to the top management
  8. Lead Creative Deep dive analysis and investigations on Performance KPI trends and variances Vs Budget, competition results and Historical trends

Job Specifications














Education







Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, or Finance.







Experience







4-5 years of experience of Performance KPIs analysis, Data analytics especially in telecom industry







Skills and abilities







  1. Great Professional attitude and Ability meet strict deadlines
  2. Strong knowledge in reading numbers and in Performance Analysis.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  4. Strong Communication skills
  5. Outstanding presentation skills.
  6. Advanced skills in Excel tools such as Power PI, Power Query and Power Pivots
  7. SQL 4khowalage is a Plus
  8. Good interpersonal skills. (fluent in English and Arabic).
