Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Source and attract candidates using various recruiting techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking.
Review applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and qualifications.
Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
Coordinate and conduct interviews and assessments with relevant teams.
Facilitate the offer process, ensuring that offers align with our compensation strategy and fill hiring needs.
Onboard new hires and ensure they have the necessary resources and information to succeed.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the logistics or technology sectors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple openings simultaneously.
Passion for building relationships and connecting with people.
Knowledge of labor legislation and hiring practices.
